Nestling in tranquil Bub Lane, a stones throw from the Stanpit nature reserve and the historic fishermans bank, the vibrant Mudeford Quay (with the ferry to Hengistbury Head and Christchurch), the golden sands of Avon beach and local shops are half a mile to the east. Purewell and Christchurch are half a mile to the west. To the north lies the New Forest National Park with walks, vistas and attractions such as Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Brockenhurst, Burley and Lyndhurst with its New Forest Museum. There are plenty of things to do. You could take a river cruise, hire a classic car for the day and cruise the highways and byways of the beautiful south coast. There are a good range of restaurants nearby, Thai, Indian, Seafood, Traditional Carvery and of course Fish & Chips.
